Voc\u00ea tamb\u00e9m ver\u00e1 como os limites de controle s\u00e3o calculados, bem como um exemplo pr\u00e1tico no qual os limites de controle de um processo s\u00e3o determinados. <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%c2%bfque-son-los-limites-de-control\"><\/span> Quais s\u00e3o os limites de controle?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p> <strong>Os limites de controle<\/strong> s\u00e3o as linhas horizontais em um gr\u00e1fico de controle usadas para determinar se um processo \u00e9 controlado ou n\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p> Um gr\u00e1fico de controle possui dois limites de controle: os limites de controle superior e inferior, que demarcam a \u00e1rea de controle acima e abaixo, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p> Ent\u00e3o, limites de controle s\u00e3o valores utilizados para indicar a \u00e1rea de controle de um processo. Se a medi\u00e7\u00e3o obtida de um processo estiver dentro dos limites de controle, significa que o processo est\u00e1 controlado. Caso contr\u00e1rio, a m\u00e1quina ou processo deve ser verificado porque \u00e9 prov\u00e1vel que tenha se desviado. <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"tipos-de-limites-de-control\"><\/span> Tipos de limites de controle<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p> Os limites de controle s\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"color:#FF8A05; font-weight: bold;\">\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:16px\"> <span style=\"color:#101010;font-weight: normal;\"><strong>Limite Superior de Controle (LCS)<\/strong> : \u00e9 a linha que indica o valor m\u00e1ximo aceito no processo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:16px\"> <span style=\"color:#101010;font-weight: normal;\"><strong>Limite Inferior de Controle (LCI)<\/strong> : \u00c9 a linha que indica o valor m\u00ednimo aceito no processo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:16px\"> <span style=\"color:#101010;font-weight: normal;\"><strong>Linha de controle central<\/strong> : Esta \u00e9 a linha que representa o valor m\u00e9dio do gr\u00e1fico. Por\u00e9m, tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 importante que voc\u00ea saiba como eles s\u00e3o calculados, pois pode ser necess\u00e1rio localiz\u00e1-los manualmente.<\/p>\n<p> O c\u00e1lculo dos limites de controle de um gr\u00e1fico de controle depende do tipo de gr\u00e1fico que voc\u00ea deseja fazer, pois os valores mudar\u00e3o dependendo se \u00e9 um gr\u00e1fico de controle para m\u00e9dia ou para faixa.<\/p>\n<p> O <strong>gr\u00e1fico de controle m\u00e9dio<\/strong> \u00e9 um gr\u00e1fico no qual \u00e9 avaliada a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o da m\u00e9dia de um processo. Para fazer isso, pegue uma amostra de 5 cilindros a cada 15 minutos e me\u00e7a seu di\u00e2metro.
