Ayr\u0131ca size bir \u015firkette KPI kullanman\u0131n avantajlar\u0131n\u0131 ve dezavantajlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyoruz.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%c2%bfque-es-un-kpi\"><\/span> KPI nedir?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p> <strong>KPI,<\/strong> bir hedefe do\u011fru ilerlemeyi g\u00f6steren niceliksel bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcd\u00fcr; yani KPI, \u015firketin bir alandaki mevcut durumunun hedefe yak\u0131n m\u0131 yoksa uzak m\u0131 oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steren say\u0131sal bir de\u011ferdir.<\/p>\n<p> KPI k\u0131saltmas\u0131, \u0130spanyolca&#8217;da <em><strong>Anahtar Performans G\u00f6stergesi<\/strong><\/em> anlam\u0131na gelen <strong>Anahtar Performans G\u00f6stergesi<\/strong> anlam\u0131na gelir.<\/p>\n<p> \u00d6rne\u011fin i\u015fletme y\u00f6netiminde en \u00e7ok kullan\u0131lan KPI&#8217;lardan biri m\u00fc\u015fteri ba\u015f\u0131na gelirdir. Belirsiz, belirlenmesi zor ve ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i olmayan KPI&#8217;lar\u0131n de\u011feri \u00e7ok azd\u0131r veya hi\u00e7 yoktur.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:18px\"> <span style=\"color:#101010;font-weight: normal;\"><strong>KPI&#8217;lar\u0131 form\u00fcle edin:<\/strong> Tan\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z her KPI, bir i\u015f hedefiyle ili\u015fkilendirilmelidir. Bir KPI olu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in form\u00fclleri kullanabilece\u011finizi unutmay\u0131n; b\u00f6ylece KPI de\u011feri bir matematik i\u015fleminin sonucu olur.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:18px\"> <span style=\"color:#101010;font-weight: normal;\"><strong>A\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k:<\/strong> Kurulu\u015ftaki herkesin, bunlara g\u00f6re hareket edebilmesi i\u00e7in KPI&#8217;lar\u0131 anlamas\u0131 gerekir. \u0130nsanlar KPI&#8217;larla nas\u0131l \u00e7al\u0131\u015facaklar\u0131n\u0131 anlad\u0131klar\u0131nda veriye dayal\u0131 kararlar alabilirler.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:18px\"> <span style=\"color:#101010;font-weight: normal;\"><strong>KPI&#8217;lar uyarlanabilir olmal\u0131d\u0131r<\/strong> \u2013 KPI&#8217;lar\u0131 olu\u015fturdu\u011funuzda, yeni i\u015f sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na ve di\u011fer alanlara daha fazla \u00f6nem verilmesine haz\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olman\u0131z gerekir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, i\u015f ve m\u00fc\u015fteri ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 geli\u015ftik\u00e7e KPI&#8217;lar\u0131n da kurulu\u015fun hedeflerine uyum sa\u011flamas\u0131 gerekir.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:18px\"> <span style=\"color:#101010;font-weight: normal;\"><strong>KPI A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 Y\u00fck\u00fcnden Ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n:<\/strong> \u0130\u015f Zekas\u0131, kurulu\u015flara \u00e7ok say\u0131da veriye ve etkile\u015fimli veri g\u00f6rselle\u015ftirmesine eri\u015fim sa\u011flayarak her \u015feyin \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclmesini kolayla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131. Ancak KPI&#8217;lar en \u00f6nemli hedefler i\u00e7in olu\u015fturulmal\u0131d\u0131r; bu, KPI&#8217;n\u0131n a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 y\u00fcklenmesini \u00f6nler ve personelin en alakal\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlere odaklanmas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"tipos-de-kpi\"><\/span>KPI T\u00fcrleri<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p> <strong>KPI t\u00fcrleri<\/strong> \u015funlard\u0131r:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"color:#FF8A05; font-weight: bold;\">\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:18px\"> <span style=\"color:#101010;font-weight: normal;\"><strong>Stratejik KPI&#8217;lar<\/strong> : Kurulu\u015fun genel hedeflerini izleyin.
